vinifera vs. non-vinifera grapes: visual distiction?

Can vinifera grapes always be distinguished visually from non-vinifera grapes?

At one end of the taxonomic spectrum, for example Muscadine, it is obvious that the non-vinifera grape is different. The Muscadine grape clearly does not "bunch"; it's just loose balls hanging from the vines.

However, based on the pictures of Concord and other table grapes, including some Concord crosses, it looks like they are very close visually; I could not tell them apart by simply looking at the images.

Your thoughts please.

Since nobody who knows has responded to your question, I will try. The answer is most likely yes, the different species of grapes can be differentiated visually by someone who is knowledgable. I suspect it is just a matter of knowing what to look for -- growth form, shape/size of cluster, characteristics of inflorescence/flower, etc. I am not one such knowledgable person, so I cannot say anything more specific.
