I have two bottles of Dom Perignon for sale. They both have been properly cellared.

Sorry,this "wine" is located in Las Vegas. Las Vegas is Located in United States of America.Not that it has*any* relevance ;)
"Lost Wages" doesn't apeal to you? Me either.
If by some amazing set of circumstances the wine's not been cooked in vegas since the late 70's, it will certainly not fare well being shipped out of the desert on a 120 degree day, to a 98 degree day somehwere lese.
