Greetings,
I am making paella for the first time this coming weekend. I have found a recipe that appears both challenging and delicious. I know that there are many recipes, this one will be heavily shellfish-based although there will be some chicken, serrano ham and chorizo in it.
I am considering a wine. There seems to be very few Spanish whites in the Ontario stores. Reisling and Gee-vurtz come to mind. Can anyone suggest something that I didn't think of?
Maybe serve a beer instead?
