There are several that I have used for reference: Windows on the World - Complete Wine Course by Kevin Zraly and Andrea Immer-Robertson also has an at home course with a DVD, Both are a great place to start your education. Paul

There are some very good wine resources on the Internet, though not necessarily classes per se.
