I too must raise a glass to BK's kits. I have made many whites and reds (at least 10 of each). I think the reds are better, but then again, I tend to like reds more than whites. I also have found that ageing reds more than a year is very much worth the wait...not easy, but worth it. FWIW, I have had excellent buying experiences with

. Prices are *way* less than any other source. The web site is sparce (at best), so have winexpert.com up in another window to check your selections. They even have all the labels for the different styles. BTW, I have only tried the "Selection" family of products. I have no affiliation with either of these companies, just a happy drinker.
