Yeast engerizer-what is it?

Wanting to start a blueberry wine, and we are short yeast energizer. Any common use item that we wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get something from a brew supply store?

Diammonium phosphate (DAP).

I hear that blueberry is hard to ferment, which I suspect is because it is nutrient poor, so you really should wait for the Right Stuff. Put the blueberries in the freezer for now and go check out what Jack Keller has to say on the subject.

What I've heard about blueberries on this context is that they contain sorbate, so the yeast have a hard time. I made a blueberry/dry eldeberry port last summer with V116 yeast, and it stopped working at

14% alcohol, with normal nutrient additions and active yeast starter.
