I'm off to Edinburgh for the first time this weekend, and wonder if anyone has any reccomendations for sellers of interesting beer there? Vaguely central area is probably most useful to me, but I might get chance to go further afield.

This looks like a good bet - previously in the good beer guide, but has changed hands.
Both reasonably close to the station, so I shall check these out also. Ta for the pointers. Report to follow next week!
Peckhams in Brunstfield do have a reasonable range. Also try the Wine Basket at the bottom of Dundas St.... yes they do sell beer... or should I say they did the last time I went in. Then there is Peter Greens on Marchmont Road.
