On Fathers' Day, I broke out a well-stored bottle of Joseph Drouhin
1990 Les Amoureuses. I was concerned it might be over the hill, but happily, I was wrong. The fill in the bottle was good and the color still dark. After about an hour of breathing, it opened up and was mouth filling and delicious. I am delighted that I have one more bottle left.
