Can you name the states in the US that do *not* have a bonded winery?

winery?

Also just guessing. Alaska? Florida?

Currently every State (yes all 50) have an operating winery(s) I am not familiar with the laws but I assume if they store wine on site prior to shipping or retailing they must be bonded.

And in Alaska they grow ice wine, I´d say?

Well, why not. They grow chardonnay on the shores of Oslo firth.
