I was wondering if there were any parts of the wine world that are still suffering from vine attack by Phylloxera? Is anyone aware of wines produced from grapes grown from Phylloxera resistant root stock and non grafted varieties?

Almost all wine regions are affected.
Chilean vines are so far unaffected.
Also vines grown in sandy soils.
It is possible to get a useful but reduced productive life out of ungrafted vinifera under certain conditions. I know of several experiments in France.
One of the most interesting is the vinifera conservatory near Montpellier, 1500 ungrafted varieties planted in the sands near Sète, a true living museum. IF anyone ever wants to see it I can put you in touch with one of the people running this.

Phylloxera has not yet become a problem in eastern Washington and Oregon -- probably only a matter of time. Most vines here are own-rooted.
