These pages all come from the original White House Cookbook published in
1887. The book is falling apart. It belonged to my grandmother who probably received it from her mother. I have copied 3 pages explaining the protocol of a state dinner, the menu with wines of a state dinner, and a page with two other menus with wines.Reply to snipped-for-privacy@cwdjr.net .
