Here at Sol, Sol and Sol, we are concerned about transfat especially in our kishka and no sugar jello mold. Our cook, Wong, tried to make a kishka without any trans fat. Believe me it tasted like drek. We used no fat mayo (on the side) with a jello mold and Mrs. Kupperschmit's grandson, Hillel, makes a mess in his gotkis. What a thing!! Next we asked Wong to try taking that trans- fat from our cole slaw, potato salad and health salad. Yesterday, the health inspectors were in. What schnorres, they worked through half of pastrami before writing us up for too much schmaltz in our "old style" chopped liver and the organic one made from free range cattle. Noshing on a fat, fat éclair the main guy, also named Wong, said they were told to come back with something to report and we only got a warning. He then asked for our stuffed cabbage made the cabbage not sprayed with something "bad" (a free-range cabbage?) winked and said we'll see you next month with a healthy belch. Our accountant also named Wong is going to have angina when he sees all the food the three inspectors ate or took with them. The real goyisher one took four salami's with mayo on white wonder bread (we keep the wonder bread in a locked cabinet labeled traiff). Next month I'll give the goniffs some of Wong's kreplach with a bissle Metamucil. I hate schnorres!
