Expereinces with ICV-D21

Has anyone used D21 in a fermentation? What were your experiences?

Very good. The Lalvin blurb on the yeast is spot on - especially about retaining acidity. We did 2 batches of Petite Sirah last year with D21 and D254, and the difference was obvious. Both were goos, just different characteristics.
