Anyone know the approximate date for harvesting grapes in Quebec? I've checked a few times and I have a "whole" 15 brix :o( Will this improve in the next few weeks or is this it? Louise:o)

Where in Quebec are you and what varietal are you growing? Regardless it should improve some..
I would leave it to early september. I only know a bit about Marechal but I think it would be safe to wait another week and check and see what kind of numbers you have. You should be able to ~20 brix from the grapes at least. The approaching weekend for Montreal looks like it has some nice highs and decent sunshine in store as well.
Hi Louise, I'm from Québec/Trois-Rivières and have few vines like yours. In Dunham, they make the harvest between mid to end of September so I think that you are in a similar area and could follow that. Also, check these two web site that gives you a lot of information.
