Does anyone out there grow Chambourcin? vines. I would really like to try growing this vine. If you could send me cuttings this winter after pruning I would be glad to paypal you reasonable postage (to Vancouver BC Canada.)

You'd have better luck making such a request mid-winter. Those inclined to assist will forget your request long before pruning.

Do you have sufficient growing degree days in Vancouver to ripen Chambourcin? In my experience, it makes a really crappy wine unless it has time to really ripen fully.
I think if I were you, I would think about certified virus free nursery stock.
There also may be some restrictions about sending plants across the border without being inspected but I am far from an expert on this.
