Friends of Ham, Leeds

Leeds has always been the poor relation in West Yorkshire with regard to decent beer.

Things are definitely changing, with venues such as Mr Foleys, the North Bar and now the Friends of Ham.

Just down from the railway station, a few doors away from Leeds Brewery Tap, this small bar has hand pulled and key keg beers on.

It also specialises in porcine products. Try a scotch egg - you will not regret it.

Will have a look next time there ... but although I know where Mr Foleys, the Grove, the Prince of Wales, the Hop and the Scarborough are, I don't know where the Leeds Tap is, so will need more ditections for this one!

Like the name!

Out of the railway station, turn right (past M&S). In about 100 yards you'll see the Leeds Brewery Tap on your left. The Friends of Ham is a few yards further on.
