Has anyone ordered from them before. They charged my credit card, I havent got the items and they dont reply to emails. If anyone has a phone number or can shed some light I would appreciate it.

They cleared up the confusion and are putting the order out with a discount for the trouble. I would definately call the 1-800 number if you plan to order wine supplies from them (The number isn't listed on the website) as they didnt seem to even know if the website worked anymore.

I saw your post about this being resolved. We have dealt with Epic for some of our salesroom items and have never had any trouble. Their items, though not always to my taste, seem to be of decent quality.
Previously I thought they were only a wholesale outfit, and never knew they retailed stuff on the web. We have always keep a catalog around the salesroom and customers have ordered some of the pricier items that we're not willing to take the gamble on stocking.

I think right now if you go the catalog route then you are ok. I was buying in large quantities and found them ill-equiped doing it online.
