I have quite a much better rate of success with Burgundy. For red Burgundy, I enjoy drinking the somewhat affordable wines of Joblot, A. et P. de Villaine, and when it comes to Cote d'Or, I am pretty happy with some producers such as Ghislaine-Barthod, Mugneret and many others, not necessarily the most famous and expensive (which I cannot afford).
